TEAM SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING PROGRAM
An Athletes Edge certified trainer comes to your school to train the entire team in the SAPS protocols. Whether it is intense off season training or our in season program used at the end of practice, this program will make every single player on the team a better athlete.

INDIVIDUAL SPORTS PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Step it up a notch by coming to our facility!! For ages 13 and up, an Athletes Edge certified trainer will customize a program to help you reach your individual athletic goals.

Pro Training Program For professional athletes only!! Take your game to the next level by training this off season with some of the best athletes in the world.

This intense 4 day per week routine focuses on the 6 components to becoming a better athlete. You will go into camp in the best shape of your life.
